Richard W. LaFountain retired in 2012 as the senior pastor of Grove City Alliance Church in Grove City, Pennsylvania where he has served since 1999.
Under his leadership the church became a place known for the manifest presence of God where revival, repentance, healings,
and conversions became every day experiences.
The church's passion for prayer and the presence of God has made the church a dynamic place where people feel the presence of God
when they walk through the doors during the week or on Sunday. The church became a house of prayer that drew people to it and God's
power has transformed their lives. Hundreds came to Christ, and average attendance grew from under 98 to 980. Dick's passion is to help pastors,
church leaders and local congregations discover the power of the presence of God through an intimate walk with him in disciplined daily prayer.
Dick's passion is to motivate a renewed love for prayer and the presence of God in our churches.
He is available as a speaker for churches, retreats, conferences, prayer summits, and church prayer weekends and other revival themes.
In his retirement he also mentors and coaches pastors in the ministry disciplines, prayer disciplines and in strategic planning.
