    DISCUSSION GUIDE

    Lesson 8 - Exodus 6:1 - Exodus 7:7

The purpose of these questions is to start a conversation and sharing of our own experiences and thoughts on the subject.

    1. What things stood out to you in reading this passage? (Exodus 6:1-7:7)

    2. What questions came to mind as your read this chapter?

    3. Have you ever seen a miracle? Has God ever dramatically answered prayer for you?

    4. How often do you retell that story? Why don't you tell that story?

    5. A great personal exercise is ask the Lord to help you remember all the miracles and answers to prayer you have experienced and then write them down in a book of remembrance.

    6. Do your own word study of the word "remember" as used in Scripture. What does God say He wants us to remember?

    7. Do you ever get tired of waiting for God to fulfill a promise he made to you? Tell us about it. How long have you been waiting?

    8. Write down 10 personal promises you have claimed or are claiming from God's word.

    9. What truths can you apply to your life from these Scriptures?

    Always Ask These Questions

Who? What? Where? When? How? and WHY?
    Until you understand the passage.

  • We suggest you print out each of these DOCUMENTS and put them into a three-ring binder for easy access and reference.

Join us each week as we take an in-depth look at THE EXODUS. Online postings and videos will on Sunday evenings.
